Fully Paid Orders placed within business day operating hours (9:00AM – 5:00 PM AEST) will be shipped within 48 hours (subject to item availability). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be posted the next business day. Locations outside capital cities and major regional centre’s may take an extra day to be delivered. 

Unfortunately Drone Crew cannot control the couriers or the speed at which they deliver. As with every courier service, it is possible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Although Drone Crew ensures items leave the warehouse promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery times outside of our control.

Australia Post is used to ship to PO BOXES. These shipments may be delayed due to irregular services from our warehouse.

Where a multi rotor/drone/UAV (such as a DJI Phantom) is ordered together with a protective case, we will pack and ship the multi rotor/drone/UAV and accessories together inside the case, unless otherwise requested in writing before the order is posted.

Returns

  • We accept returns if you receive an incorrect or faulty item only.
  • For returns of this nature, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item in order to claim DOA (Dead On Arrival), after this time it will need to be lodged as a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Shipping of faulty or Warranty items back to Drone Crew will be incurred by the customer.
  • Items must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without previous return authorisation, so please do not return any items without first contacting us.
  • If you need to return an item, please email us at info@dronecrew.com.au and confirm the steps before sending back to our warehouse. Please also provide documentation in the parcel of what is wrong with the item, and how you wish to proceed.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR WRONG CHOICE OR CHANGE OF MIND.  WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY IF WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER.
